Senior HR consultant

Gretchen Magee Croonquist is our firm’s Senior HR consultant providing HR management services, executive coaching as well as various other development program training to ensure the overall personal and professional growth of our team members at Carpion Private Wealth. Prior to this role, Gretchen was a human resources executive with over 36 years of experience, supporting the human resource needs of multiple businesses.  She has a distinguished 20-year career within Motorola’s award-winning HR organization and during her tenure she was identified as a Motorola Next Generation Leader.  Subsequently, she established a private consulting practice and was a key member of BNSF’s People Leader Training initiative. 

She has extensive experience in all facets of HR management.  As a Fortune 100 strategic business partner, Gretchen advocated a cutting-edge approach to supporting multiple global business units with innovative developments well ahead of their time.  Gretchen has designed organizational effectiveness initiatives, talent attraction/development programs, performance management systems, retention strategies and rewards initiatives within the various businesses she supported. 

In her consulting practice, Gretchen has helped small businesses establish the necessary HR policies, processes and procedures right for their current and growing stages of business development.  Additionally, Gretchen teaches and coaches concepts of leadership and employee engagement.   She provides consultation to management teams on employee relations issues and diversity/EEO compliance as well as develops performance management systems and provides executives with leadership coaching.
